1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Undercover Drop (the "Service"), operated by IASK Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at undercoverdrop.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Zero-Knowledge Custody

Undercover Drop is a zero-knowledge file encryption and sharing utility. Encryption and decryption operations are performed entirely in your browser using the Web Crypto API before any data is sent to our servers.

CRITICAL SECURITY DISCLOSURE: Undercover Drop is a zero-knowledge service. We do not store, possess, or have access to your encryption passphrases, keys, or unencrypted file contents. You are solely responsible for remembering and securely storing your passphrases. If you lose your passphrase, neither the Company nor any third party can recover your files or reset your password.

3. User Responsibilities & Accounts

To access certain cloud storage features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration details and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or share any files that:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Contain Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation material, or promote human trafficking.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or privacy rights of others.
  • Contain malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, keyloggers, or other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise computer systems.
  • Involve illegal material, spam, phishing schemes, or facilitate fraudulent activity.

4. Moderation, Abuse Reporting & File Suspension

The Service includes reporting mechanisms for abuse. If a file or link is reported and confirmed to violate these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the encrypted blob or permanently delete it from our servers without prior notice.

Pursuant to US federal law, we will immediately report any apparent Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of which we become aware to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to your account or the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activity. Repeat violators will have their accounts suspended permanently, and all metadata associated with the offending account will be permanently purged.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT UPLOADED DATA WILL NOT BE LOST, DELETED, OR CORRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IASK SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN PARTICULAR, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR LOSS OF PASSWORDS, PASSPHRASES, OR ENCRYPTION KEYS.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
